Stocking Stuffers | Under $100

Tuesday, December 19, 2017

Every year I struggle to find gifts to put in stockings that people will like, but that also won't break the bank. This year, I thought it would be fun to compose a list of gifts I think would make the perfect stocking stuffers for your mother, sister, best friend, or significant other. Enjoy!

If you read my latest post, you know that picking out gifts for people is probably one of my most daunting tasks. This year, I thought it would be helpful to compose some gift guides, to help people like me. This gift guide in particular is for the girls in your life. Whether you're looking for a present to give to your mother, girlfriend, sister, or your best friends, hopefully you will be able to get some inspiration from this guide:

Gifts For Him | Under $150

Friday, December 8, 2017

If you ask me men are some of the hardest people to shop for. Every time the holidays come around, I have such a difficult time picking out presents for my dad and brother. Whenever I ask them what they want, they always say something like "I don't know." This year, like every other, I struggled to pick out the perfect gifts. I love to get people meaningful gifts, or things they like, but it is hard to do that when they're constantly telling me they don't know what they want. If you're struggling with gift ideas check out this helpful gift guide that I've created:

Christmas Wishlist 2017

Tuesday, December 5, 2017

Now that it is finally December, I've started planning for Christmas. This year, Christmas is going to be a little different for me, since I moved to VA. I'll be working Christmas eve this year, and traveling home on Christmas day. In college, I would have about a month off for Christmas break, so going home for three days is a bit unusual for me, but I'm thankful to be able to see my family. I've purchased some Christmas gifts for my family members, because a lot of stores were having sales this year, and I tend to procrastinate shopping until the last minute.  I enjoy reading other peoples Christmas wishlists to get ideas for mine, so I thought it would be fun to share my list with you this year (left to right).

November Roundup

Saturday, December 2, 2017

November went by way faster than it should have, but it was a great month. As we start a brand new month, here are some looks back at my highlights from November. Last month, I officially have been at my new job for three months, which doesn't seem like long, but I feel like I've been working there forever. My coworkers are kind and helpful, and have made me feel welcome on our floor. Not to mention being a nurse is everything I'd hoped it would be and more! It can be a tough job sometimes, but it is not anything that I cannot handle, and it is so worth it.
