For years now, I have been telling myself "today is the day I am going to change my lifestyle and lose the weight," yet each time I try, it seems like something gets in the way of my success and I end up quitting nearly as quickly as I started. Lately however, I have been really motivated to work on my health and weight loss goals. I made myself a fitness instagram account to keep myself accountable and monitor the progress.

I went to the Vitamin Shoppe the other day, and they were having a 50% off sale, so I stocked up on my favorites. I left my Blender Bottle at school when I was packing up my dorm room and I had to buy a new one, but it only ended up costing $5! I grabbed some protein powders, because I love having protein shakes or bars after I work out to refuel my body. I already tried the Vega one, and didn't like it much. It's very powdery and has a strange aftertaste. I haven't tried the Quest ones yet, but I've heard good things about it and wanted to give it a try. This was the only flavor they had, but if I like it I'll try other flavors! I also got LOTS of Quest Bars. These are my absolute favorite protein bars. I eat these after a work out if I'm not drinking a shake. They taste so good and keep you feeling full. If you want to keep up with my progress, feel free to follow my fitness accounts.
